Shipping Policy

1. Overview

At Wild Rocket Shop, we use different fulfillment partners depending on the product type. Please review the shipping timelines and methods below to understand when and how your order will arrive.

2. Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

Delivery Method: Bookfunnel
Timeline: Instant delivery via email after order verification

  • BookFunnel Account: All digital purchases are delivered to a BookFunnel account created using the email address you provide at checkout. Your books will be stored permanently in your BookFunnel library at https://my.bookfunnel.com.
  • Important: Please use the same email address for all future purchases. If you use different emails, you will create separate Bookfunnel accounts and won't be able to access all your books from one library.
  • Download Window: All digital files must be downloaded within 14 days of purchase. After this period, download links may expire. If you need more time, contact Bookfunnel support at https://getbookfunnel.com/help.
  • Email Delivery: You will receive an email from help@bookfunnel.com shortly after purchase. If you don't see it within 5 minutes, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
  • Bookfunnel App: You can download the BookFunnel app from any app store (iOS and Android). It is a delightful app that offers a wonderful reading experience and also permits listening to audiobooks.
  • Device Compatibility: Books can be read on Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Apple Books, Android devices, and computers via browser.
  • Fraud Prevention: Due to increased fraud activity, all digital orders may be held for 24–48 hours for manual verification before delivery. We apologize for this delay and appreciate your patience.

3. Paperback Books

Delivery Method: Printed on-demand by our independent printers
Timeline: 3–5 business days production + 5–10 business days shipping

  • Production: Books are printed on-demand after your order is placed.
  • Shipping: We primarily use USPS Media Mail for domestic orders.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

4. Blank Journals

Delivery Method: Printed on-demand by our independent printers
Timeline: 3–5 business days production + 5–10 business days shipping

  • Production: Journals are printed on-demand after your order is placed.
  • Shipping: Shipping method varies by weight and destination.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

5. Signed Limited Editions

Delivery Method: Shipped directly from Asheville, NC, by Wild Rocket Shop
Timeline: 1–3 business days after order verification

  • Insurance: All signed limited edition orders are shipped with full insurance coverage.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email.
  • Inspection: Please inspect the package immediately upon arrival. Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

6. Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate, including correct abbreviations.
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Providing your email address is encouraged in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable:

  • We will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s), minus the original shipping charge.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • You must contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve the issue.
  • We do not accept responsibility or issue refunds for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.

9. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, shipping method, and distance from our fulfillment center.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charge plus the cost of returning the package to us. These amounts will be deducted from any credit issued.

10. Order Cancellation

  • Digital Products: Can be cancelled and refunded if they haven't been downloaded. Contact us within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Print-on-Demand (Paperbacks & Journals): Cannot be cancelled once production begins (typically after 1 hour). After that, the return policy applies.
  • Signed Limited Editions: Cannot be cancelled once shipped. See Returns Policy for details.
