Collection: Angels of Rome

A Guardian Angel for Your Thoughts.

From the Banks of the Tiber to Your Desk.

Two Angels. Two Journeys.

Denise has selected photographs of two Roman angel statues that she herself captured to grace the covers of these journals. The journals are designed to be your companions, whether you are sketching a new idea, drafting a wild plan, or simply recording the day's thoughts.

  • Both journals have a text-free interior. A blank canvas for your mind, allowing your words and art to speak for itself.
  • One journal bears the inscription "Where Hopes & Dreams Take Flight." A reminder that every great story begins with a single thought.

A Piece of Rome, Yours to Keep.

These are more than just notebooks. They are a tribute to our beloved city, capturing the light, the stone, and the spirit of the Eternal City in a matte hardcover format.

  • Perfect for: Sketching, journaling, travel notes, or creative brainstorming.
  • The Feel: A sturdy, flexible sewn spine and creamy, perforated pages ready for your ink.
  • The Story: Every cover features a high-resolution photo from my personal archive, taken on the streets of Rome.

Bring a piece of the Tiber home. Choose your angel and start writing your story.

Behind the Story...

These statues are two of ten that hover over the waters of the Tiber, flanking Ponte Sant'Angelo in Rome. They depict different aspects of the Passion of Christ.

The statue on the front cover was sculpted by Italian artist Ercole Ferrata, and the one of the back cover was done by Antonio Giorgetti, student of the master Gian Lorenzo Bernini. (Eagle-eyed movie buffs will recognize them from the movie Roman Holiday.)

I walked by the angels almost every day during my years living and working in the Eternal City. These photos are from my private collection.
